Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. In this occasion I'm going to talk about why I'm studying violin.
First of all, it is good to clarify that I'm the only musician in my family and I discovered music for coincidence. This happened some years ago, and I was in the school at that time. One day I went to the School (First coincidence, I hated the school and very usually I missed to classes) and in some class, the teacher took us to the gym of the school because the Orchestra of the university of Concepcion went to do a concert (I found out this after, when we arrived at the gym). I was very amazed for the orchestra (I didn't know that exist a professional orchestra in Concepción, and never before I listened to one live), and particularly for the violin; I loved the instrument since the firs time I heard it. That day I was back to my home with a certainty: "I'm going to be a musician, a violinist" I thought.
Before that day (that moment of the day), I never had a dream or thought about the future, what is uncertain, and we can know nothing of he. I also never considered others study options. I mentioned this in my previous blog: "For me to be an artist is not a profession, is a style of life", and this is enough for me, I don't need to consider others options.
I took this photo in 2019, that is my violin.
Hi Henry! I hope you're feeling well. What a great experience to have heard a live orchestra, it must be unforgettable. How long have you been playing violin? Greetings!
